This is the template 1 of 2 I used to make my Chocolate Frog Cards. Now, I'm not the best at giving instructions, so please bear with me if I waffle on!

The things you'll need are, a printer that works, preferably :P some white card, a Pritt stick, a dozen or more very small doubled sided sticky foam pads, and some scissors.
Obviously you need to first find a picture of your desired HP character or friend. When you've decided on who, add their name to the yellow banner on the front template, and, if you like, a description on the back. I used Times New Roman Font.

It's been a while since I last made any, but I'm sure I printed these off A5 size, and it looked right about to scale with the cards in the film. Just make sure that when you print you display the whole picture, white area and all.

For the black pentagons, they are printed off A5 too, but I needed them marginally smaller, so just expand the amount of white around them.

The hardest part is getting the picture of your chosen person to fit in the window. I just squeezed my picture in alongside my black pentagons, and in doing that it also gave me a clue as to how big it needed to be, as opposed to printing it off separately.

Once you've printed off both templates, cut them out (have fun with the gilded window! ;) ) and then glue one of the black pentagons to the white side of the back card.
After that, position your chosen person over the black pentagon you just stuck to the back of the card, and lay the top card over it. Once you're happy with the positioning, stick the person in place to elevate them.

On this next part, I stuck two foam pads together to make them double height and stuck them in various different places to the back card (but don't take the top sticker off yet), and make sure you don't put the foam pads in a position that with later prevent the other pentagon from slipping in and out easily.

Before peeling the tops of the foam pads off like I said, take the front card and fold the edges, where the little white seam is, and glue the side you'll be tucking under. After that, you can now take the pad stickers off and place the top card over the bottom one, and fold your glued edges in to seal the card.

That's it. Now all you've got to do is slip your other pentagon in and out, but in some cases it may need trimming, depending on where your double height foam pads are, just don't go mad and cut so much that there's a gap.

Good luck! And I hope this all works for you!
